Puff pastry and feta nests

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of puff pastry, frozen
  • 1 point feta cheese or sheep’s cheese
  • 1 large beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 jar black olives

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

vegetarian, quick

Roll out the puff pastry and cut into approximately 13 cm squares. You should have about 6 equal-sized squares. Cut the feta cheese into small cubes and sprinkle them in the center of the squares. Roughly chop the olives and place them on top of the feta cheese. Then place the tomato slice on top. Fold the corners over the parcel and press down gently to form a parcel. Place the puff pastry in the oven at 180°C for the specified time (see package instructions). Can be eaten hot or cold.
