  • 3 bell peppers
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 5 tbsp oil (olive)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • Salt and pepper, black from the mill

Preheat the oven to the highest setting. Wash the peppers, halve them, and place them in the oven with the top facing up (or under a broiler). Roast until the skins blister. Cover with a damp tea towel, let cool slightly, and peel off the skins. Cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Mix 3 tablespoons of lemon juice and a pinch of vinegar to taste with the oil and the thinly sliced ​​garlic. Season the peppers with salt and pepper, and drizzle with the marinade. You can also mix in halved almonds! Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 days.
