Tramezzini with tomatoes and ham

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 100 g quark
  • 150 g ham, raw
  • 1 pack of white bread (Tramezzini)
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 3 m.-sized eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise and possibly some milk
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 20 minutes

Finely dice the tomato and ham. Mix the quark with tomato paste, tomato and ham pieces, mayonnaise, and a little milk if desired until smooth. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika and let stand for about 15 minutes. Hard-boil the eggs and slice them. Spread the quark cream on half of the tramezzini bread and top with the egg slices. Place the other half of the bread on top and cut each bread into triangles.
