Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp mustard, mild
- 4 tbsp olive oil, good
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 6 basil leaves
- 1 sprig of oregano
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground
Instructions

the classic version
Finely chop the herbs. Crush the garlic into a bowl and mix with mustard, vinegar, a little salt, pepper, and sugar. Gradually whisk in the olive oil, add the herbs, and stir in. Season with salt and pepper. This amount is sufficient for a mixed salad for two people as a side dish.
