  • 6 tomatoes
  • 2 balls of Mozzarella di Bufala
  • 6 figs, fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • Olive oil, good
  • 3 garlic cloves

Instructions

Pour about 250 ml of olive oil (really good quality!) into a small bottle, add a small sprig of rosemary and three cloves of garlic. The whole thing will be incredibly delicious and aromatic after just one day of maceration. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella and arrange them in a circle on a plate, with the sliced ​​figs between them. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the salad with the garlic oil.
