Pasta with Greek yogurt and tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (tagliatelle)
  • 500 g yogurt, Greek
  • 200 g grated, spicy cheese (Kefelatori)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 onions, cut into rings
  • 2 tomatoes, grated (without seeds)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta “al dente.” Sauté the onions in oil until golden brown, then add the grated tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until a thick sauce forms. Mix the cooked pasta with the yogurt and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then top with the tomato sauce and onions.
