Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (tagliatelle)
- 500 g yogurt, Greek
- 200 g grated, spicy cheese (Kefelatori)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 4 onions, cut into rings
- 2 tomatoes, grated (without seeds)
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cook the pasta “al dente.” Sauté the onions in oil until golden brown, then add the grated tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer until a thick sauce forms. Mix the cooked pasta with the yogurt and arrange on a plate. Sprinkle with grated cheese, then top with the tomato sauce and onions.
