Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 500 g flour
- 1 point dry yeast
- 200 ml milk, lukewarm
- 80 g butter or margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- ½ tsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
It’s best to melt the margarine in the warm milk. I heat both together in a bowl in the microwave. Put the flour in a bowl. Make a well, add the yeast, and sprinkle the salt and sugar around the edge. Add the egg and the milk-margarine mixture. Mix everything with a dough hook until you have a soft but no longer sticky dough, adding more flour or milk if necessary. Then knead everything thoroughly and roll it out on a greased baking sheet. Now top it as desired. Bake in the oven on high for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese on the pizza is golden brown.
