Ingredients for 3 servings:
- ½ cube of yeast
- 250 g flour
- 4 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp salt
- 175 ml water, lukewarm

Dissolve the yeast in 175 ml of lukewarm water, stir in half the flour, and knead in the rest. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Knead the oil and salt into the dough, then cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. Roll out onto a baking sheet; the oil makes this super easy, and top with your favorite toppings. Bake the dough for about 20 minutes at 225°C (electric oven) or 200°C (fan oven). You can use a little more of each if you find the dough is too thin or too thin. But it’s precisely the thinness that makes it so delicious!
