Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large zucchini
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 bunch of basil
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the zucchini, halve lengthwise, and slice. Sauté in hot olive oil. Finely dice the garlic and add it. Season with salt and pepper and sauté for about 10 minutes. Finally, fold in the chopped basil and grate the Parmesan cheese over the top. Mix again and serve immediately. Tip: Remove from heat after adding the basil.
