Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g broccoli
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 liter vegetable broth
- 200 g processed cheese
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Divide the broccoli into florets, peel the stalks, and dice them. Dice the onion, sauté in butter, and add the broccoli cubes and florets. Add the vegetable stock and simmer for about 15 minutes. Then puree and stir in the cream cheese. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Tip: This recipe also works well with zucchini.
