Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 80 g fresh basil
- 2 tbsp almond slivers
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ tsp salt
- 200 ml olive oil
- 30 g Parmesan
- 30 g feta cheese

green pesto with a twist
Toast the almond slivers and peel the garlic cloves. Then, combine all ingredients, except the feta cheese and Parmesan, in a tall bowl and blend with an immersion blender. Finally, add the feta cheese and Parmesan and blend briefly again. Delicious with spaghetti, savory baked goods, or sophisticated salads.
