  • 12 slices of smoked salmon
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 150 g cream cheese
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 6 walnuts

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A recipe brought back from South Tyrol.

Wash the smoked salmon and pat dry with paper towels. Place the cream cheese in a bowl and mix with the chopped dill. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and carefully peel it. Cut each halved avocado into thick slices. Toast the sandwich bread for two minutes on a hotplate or in a toaster. Place the slices on the work surface and use a star-shaped cookie cutter to cut out large stars. Cut out stars of the same size from the salmon. Place two avocado semicircles in a circle on top of the salmon. Place the cream cheese in a piping bag, pipe a dollop in the center using a star-shaped cookie cutter, and place a halved walnut on top. Arrange the pieces neatly on a platter and serve. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
