Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 200 g yogurt
  • 200 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 500 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • 1 small egg(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

can be filled with different things, such as spinach, minced meat, dried tomatoes, etc.

Knead the dough ingredients into a dough and roll it out thinly. Cut out circles or squares, fill them with the filling – mash the feta and egg with a fork – then seal and bake at 175 degrees Celsius for about 20 to 25 minutes. They taste just as delicious hot or cold.
