Gnocchi – minced meat – pan

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 500 g mushrooms, fresh small
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into small pieces
  • ½ bunch basil, cut into strips
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 g minced meat
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of gnocchi, from the refrigerator
  • Parmesan, grated, to taste

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Sauté the onion and garlic in hot oil until translucent, add the minced meat and mushrooms, and fry for about 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Add the tomato pieces and continue to stir-fry for a while. Meanwhile, bring salted water to a boil and let the gnocchi simmer for about 2 minutes, until they rise to the surface. Add the gnocchi and basil to the meat, stir in, and toss briefly. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
