Fruity gooseberry muffins with white chocolate

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g chocolate, white, chopped
  • 150 g butter
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 bag of vanilla sugar
  • 125 g brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 275 g flour
  • 1 bag of baking powder
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 250 g gooseberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cream the butter with salt, vanilla sugar, and sugar until fluffy. Gradually beat in the eggs. Combine the flour and baking powder, add them, and stir in alternately with the milk. Fold in the chocolate and gooseberries. Place two paper baking cups in each of the 12 muffin tins. Spread the batter evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for about 25 minutes.
