Gnocchi with pesto tomato sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 onion(s)
  • 250 g tomatoes, pureed
  • ½ jar pesto, green
  • Sour cream, creme fraiche or cream cheese (balance is very suitable)
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 packs of gnocchi
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the onion, sauté in olive oil, deglaze with the passata, and bring to a boil. Add the pesto, season with salt and pepper, and finish with cream, crème fraîche, or low-fat cream cheese. Meanwhile, prepare the gnocchi according to the instructions, pour the sauce over the top, and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
