Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed
- 150 g crème fraîche
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp basil, dried
- 80 g Parmesan, freshly grated
- 500g tagliatelle
- some basil, fresh
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Tomato sauce with crème fraîche, Parmesan and basil
Heat the tomatoes. Stir in the crème fraîche and Parmesan cheese and bring the sauce to a boil. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. Cook the tagliatelle until al dente, drain, transfer to a bowl, and pour the sauce over the hot pasta. Sprinkle with fresh, finely chopped basil and serve.
