Tramezzini with salami

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 400g salami
  • 100 g gherkins
  • 4 m.-sized eggs
  • 4 tbsp sour cream
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pack of white bread (Tramezzini)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 hours; Total time approx. 15 hours 20 minutes

Boil the eggs hard. Finely chop the salami, cucumber, and egg whites. In a bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, egg yolk, mustard, lemon juice, and parsley. Add the salami, cucumber, and egg whites, season with salt and pepper, and let stand for about 15 minutes. Spread the mixture on half of the tramezzini bread. Place the other half on top and cut each bread into triangles.
