Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 6 leaves basil, fresh
  • 2 peppers, according to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g penne or rigatoni

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Chop the tomatoes into small pieces, mince the garlic cloves, and season with salt and pepper. Add the basil leaves, chili peppers, and olive oil. Chop the mozzarella into small pieces and add it as well. Place everything in a bowl and let it sit for 1 hour. Cook the pasta all dente, mix well with the sauce, and serve.
