Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 2 onions
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 point tomato(s), pureed (500 ml)
- 1 can/n tomato(s) (Pizza tomatoes)
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch of basil
- 6 pieces of bratwurst
- 3 points Gnocchi
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Sauté the chopped onions in oil, add the tomato paste, and cook briefly. Then add the passata and pizza tomatoes, season with salt and pepper, and simmer slightly. Shape the sausages into small balls and let them simmer in the sauce until cooked through. In the meantime, prepare the gnocchi according to the package instructions (or make your own). Then either: Carefully mix the sauce and gnocchi together, sprinkle with chopped basil, and serve. Place the cheese on the side. Or: Carefully mix the sauce and gnocchi together, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
