Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500g spaghetti
- 135 g Parmesan
- 350 ml broth, about
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes
like from a Parmesan wheel
Cook spaghetti until al dente, prepare the broth, and grate the Parmesan cheese. Place the spaghetti in a very warm bowl (or hang it in a pot to keep it warm). Gradually add the Parmesan and broth until the Parmesan dissolves and forms a film around the spaghetti. Season well with salt and pepper. Tip: Some restaurants also add truffle oil.
