Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. penne
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 4 m.-sized tomatoes
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pasta Primavera with corn

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions and drain in a colander. Meanwhile, dice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Drain the corn and rinse the basil leaves. Place everything in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and mix thoroughly. Immediately pour the cooked pasta into the bowl, ensuring it’s still wet. Wait a few seconds, then mix everything together. Tastes wonderfully light and delicious!
