- 5 slices of toast
- 2 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
- 4 veal chops
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 lemons
- 2 eggs

Veal cutlet Milanese style
Grate the crustless bread into coarse crumbs and mix with the Parmesan cheese. Whisk the eggs. Wash the chops, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. First coat in the egg, then coat with the bread and Parmesan mixture. Heat the butter and oil in a pan and fry the meat for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with lemon halves.
