Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 lemon(s), untreated, grated peel
- 2 garlic cloves
- 4 stalks parsley, flat
- 8 small veal fillet(s) – schnitzel
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tsp marjoram
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the lemon zest with finely chopped garlic and parsley. Season the schnitzels with salt, pepper, marjoram, and nutmeg. Coat in flour and quickly fry on both sides in the heated butter and oil mixture until golden brown. Fry the garlic and parsley mixture for about 1 minute and spread over the schnitzels to serve.
