- 5 Pc. Lamb chop
- 5 Pc. Potatoes
- 4 Pc. Carrots
- 3 Pc. Zucchini
- 2 Pc. Eggplant fresh
- 1 Pc. Sweet potato
- 500 g Yogurt
- 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
- Salt
- 2 Cans Tomatoes
- 1 l Oil
- Wash vegetables, cut into small pieces, dice and fry in hot oil.
- Grate the garlic cloves and add to the yogurt. Season to taste with salt.
- Season the lamb chops and sear them in the pan. Take out and keep warm.
- Put two cans of tomatoes in the frying fat and simmer.
