  • 5 Pc. Lamb chop
  • 5 Pc. Potatoes
  • 4 Pc. Carrots
  • 3 Pc. Zucchini
  • 2 Pc. Eggplant fresh
  • 1 Pc. Sweet potato
  • 500 g Yogurt
  • 2 Pc. Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • 2 Cans Tomatoes
  • 1 l Oil
  1. Wash vegetables, cut into small pieces, dice and fry in hot oil.
  2. Grate the garlic cloves and add to the yogurt. Season to taste with salt.
  3. Season the lamb chops and sear them in the pan. Take out and keep warm.
  4. Put two cans of tomatoes in the frying fat and simmer.
