Chops in Bacon and Tomato Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Style chops
  • 60 g Diced Bacon
  • 1 Garlic cloves chopped
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 glass Pasta sauce arrabbiata
  • 1 tbsp Capers - whoever likes
  • 1 handful Basil leaves

Instructions
 

  • Fry the chops in hot oil on both sides, season with salt, pepper and keep warm
  • Put the bacon and garlic cubes in the pan and fry them briefly, add the pasta sauce and bring to the boil. Add capers and chops to the sauce and let it get hot.
  • Season the sauce again with salt and pepper and sprinkle with the chopped basil leaves.
  • We only ate broccoli with it ...... but pasta, rice or just baguette also go well with it
