Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 clove(s) garlic, finely chop
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 1 small can of tomatoes, peeled
- 1 small can of tomato paste
- 300 g cheese, grated
- 400 g cannelloni
- salt and pepper
- Tabasco
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Make a meat mixture from the ground beef, onion, garlic, egg, and parsley. Fill the cannelloni with this mixture and pre-cook in boiling water for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, puree the peeled tomatoes with the tomato paste and season with spices. Place the cannelloni in a baking dish and pour the sauce over them. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven.
