Spinach and minced meat lasagna

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 500 g creamed spinach
  • 2 packs of feta cheese, diced
  • 10 lasagna sheets, quantity depending on the baking dish
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 50 ml whipped cream
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 bag of cheese, grated
  • 3 large tomatoes
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Heat the spinach in a pan, add the garlic cloves, and season generously with salt and pepper. Brown the minced meat in a deep pan and season with salt and pepper. Then add the sour cream, followed by the spinach. Dice the feta cheese and add it. Add the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Layer the spinach mixture and the lasagna sheets alternately in the baking dish, starting and ending with the spinach. Spread the crème fraîche on top, then arrange the sliced ​​tomatoes on top and cover everything with cheese. Cover with aluminum foil and place in the oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Finally, remove the foil and continue baking until the cheese is nicely browned.
