Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 kg minced meat
  • 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 large can of mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 small cans of tomato paste
  • 1 point Lasagna sheet(s), without pre-cooking
  • 500 g cheese, grated Gouda or Edam
  • 2 cups of cream
  • Oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • oregano
  • Paprika powder
  • n. B. garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Fry the onions in oil, add the ground beef and cook until tender, breaking it into small crumbs. Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, and tomato paste. Season with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika, and garlic. Grease a baking dish. Layer the pasta alternately with the meat and tomato sauce in the baking dish, with the bottom layer consisting of pasta and the last layer of sauce. Spread the cheese on top. Pour the cream over the pasta, making sure it runs down the sides. Preheat the oven to 225°C (425°F) and let the lasagna bake for about 1 hour. If the cheese starts to get too brown, cover with aluminum foil.
