Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 40 g butter
  • 250 g whipped cream
  • 100 g ham
  • 200 g peas, fresh or frozen
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 50 g Parmesan, freshly grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely dice the onion, melt butter in a large pan, and sauté the onions until translucent. Pour in the cream and let it reduce slightly. Cut the ham into small cubes and stir into the sauce. Then add the peas and season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Let the sauce simmer over low heat. Meanwhile, cook the pasta. Only when the pasta is ready should you stir the Parmesan cheese into the sauce, then stir in the drained pasta.
