Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250g tagliatelle
  • salt water
  • 500 g chanterelles
  • 250 g cream
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • ½ onion(s)

  • salt and pepper

  • some oil
  • some flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water. Dice the onion and garlic and sauté in the oil until golden brown. Add the washed and slightly chopped or diced chanterelles to the onion oil and cook until the water has evaporated. Then add a little flour and simmer gently for about 15 minutes with the stock cube and a little water. Next, add the cream, salt (be careful, taste it first, the stock cube is already quite salty), and pepper, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the chopped parsley and stir it into the pasta. Serve. If you like, you can also mix in some grated cheese.
