Pasta sauce with corned beef

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 can of corned beef
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 cup of cream
  • salt and pepper
  • possibly milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Dice the meat and simmer with the cream and peas. If it gets too thick, simply thin it with milk. Season with salt and pepper. We serve it with pasta, but it’s also delicious with potatoes.
