Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 24 shrimp(s) or scampi without shell, head and intestines
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ bunch parsley
- some pepper, dried
- 1 shot of dry white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
King prawns in garlic oil
Heat olive oil in a pan, add the scampi and season with chili peppers, fry for 2 minutes on each side, deglaze with white wine, add the garlic and parsley, and bring back to a boil briefly. Serve with baguettes.
