Ravioli in sage butter

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800g ravioli
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 2 shallots
  • 4 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp sage, shredded
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the ravioli in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Meanwhile, peel and finely chop the shallot. Peel and press the garlic. Heat butter in a pan and sauté the shallots and garlic. Add the sage and season with salt and pepper. Add the ravioli to the pan and toss with the butter. Serve the pasta on plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. This dish goes well with a fresh salad.
