Grind the amaretti biscuits in a blender, then mix in the marzipan in small pieces. Add the amaretto and mix everything until smooth. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from the fridge and take a small portion of the mixture at a time and shape each into a walnut-sized ball. Once all the balls are formed, return to the fridge for another 30 minutes. Meanwhile, melt the chocolate coating in a water bath. Coat the balls in the chocolate coating and place them on baking paper to dry. Once the chocolate has dried, place the balls in paper baking cups. Best stored in the fridge.
