Italian crunchy almonds

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g almonds, half of them peeled
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp sea salt, coarse
  • 2 tbsp chopped Italian herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Lightly beat the egg whites, add the almonds and herbs. Spread them loosely on a baking sheet and sprinkle evenly with sea salt. Bake in the oven at 160°C for 10 minutes until lightly browned. Turn the almonds over and brown for another 8-10 minutes.
