Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 large Camembert(s)
- 250 g arugula
- Cashew nuts or walnuts
- 250 g cherry tomatoes
- Salt
- pepper
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
First, brush an ovenproof dish with olive oil. Then, quarter the Camembert and add it. Drizzle the Camembert lightly with olive oil. Then, place the dish in the oven at 180°C for 8 minutes. When there are two minutes left, add the cashews or walnuts. While the Camembert is in the oven, you can prepare the salad and dressing. Simply wash and trim the arugula, then arrange it as desired on a plate. Quarter the tomatoes on top and drizzle with the dressing. You can mix the ingredients together in a bowl. Remove the Camembert from the oven and serve with the salad.
