Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 Camembert(s) (approx. 250 g)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 50 g walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Camembert au four
Place the Camembert in an ovenproof dish. Score it with a knife into a diamond shape (approx. 0.5 cm deep). Drizzle with olive oil and arrange the rosemary sprigs on top. Place in a preheated oven (200°C, grill, and fan oven) until the cheese begins to melt. This takes about 10 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil if necessary. Sprinkle the walnuts over the Camembert and drizzle with honey (preferably liquid). It tastes best served warm with a baguette (toasted, if desired).
