Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 30 minutes

super delicious coconut cream with Oreo crunch

First, mix the quark and yogurt with the vanilla sugar. Then add the coconut milk and stir until smooth. Season to taste with a little sugar. Also add the vanilla seeds. Melt the brown sugar in a pan, add the drained fruit, and simmer for about 5 minutes. If desired, you can also add the scraped vanilla pod here. Note: The fruit should be able to cool! Place the Oreo cookies in a freezer bag and crush them with a heavy object. Place some of the cookies in the bottom of a bowl, then some of the cream, and then the fruit. Repeat this process as often as necessary or possible. I always finish with the cream and sprinkle a few Oreo pieces on top as decoration. The dessert should chill for 2 hours.
