Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 200 g sugar
  • 3 tsp cornstarch (Mondamin)
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 kiwis
  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 fruits (passion fruits)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Gently incorporate the sugar. Add the Mondamin and vinegar and fold in gently. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with baking paper and spread into a round, cake-like shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for approximately 30-40 minutes. Allow to cool in the oven (with the oven door slightly ajar). Once cooled, whip the cream and carefully spread it on top. Cut the fruit (you can let your imagination run wild here) into pieces and arrange it on top of the cream. What you shouldn’t leave out is the passion fruit and its juice! An absolute MUST.
