Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 bananas
  • 125 g butter
  • 170 g sugar
  • ½ tsp flavoring (vanilla)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • possibly cake icing (lemon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Banana Cake

Mash the bananas finely. Cream together the butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Add the eggs, bananas, and baking soda. Stir in the milk and the flour mixed with the baking powder alternately. Pour the batter into a 20 cm ring pan and bake at 190°C for about 30 minutes. If desired, drizzle with lemon glaze. Serve with whipped cream.
