Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 g flour
  • 55 g white sugar
  • 55 g brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 3 bananas
  • 2 tsp baking powder

Preheat the oven to 160°C. For the dough, combine flour, baking powder, both sugars, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Make a well in the flour mixture and add the mashed bananas, eggs, and oil. Knead until a smooth dough forms. Pour the dough into a greased baking pan and bake for about 1 hour, until a skewer test comes out clean. Tip: If desired, you can also add nuts to the dough.
