Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g butter or a small pot of vanilla yogurt (200 ml)
- ¾ cup(s) sugar
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 2 ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas
- ¼ cup(s) milk
- ½ tsp baking soda (or 1/2 tsp more baking powder)
- ½ cup(s) walnuts
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, adding one egg at a time and continuing to beat. Mash the bananas and mix with the butter, sugar, and eggs. Combine the milk and baking soda. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt, then alternately fold the milk/baking soda and flour/baking powder/salt into the banana/butter/egg/sugar mixture. Finally, fold in the walnuts and bake in a greased baking pan at 180°C for 45-60 minutes.
