a slightly sniffy dessert

Segment the oranges and place them in a bowl. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and marinate in a little Cointreau or another orange liqueur. Add sugar to the raspberries, add a few drops of raspberry brandy, and let them juice. After 2 hours, strain the raspberries through a sieve. Spread a layer of raspberry puree on 4 dessert plates and arrange the marinated oranges on top. If you like, you can also sprinkle the dessert with pistachios for a nice touch.
