  • some oil
  • 150 g carrot(s)
  • 1 egg(s)

Instructions

Bring water to a boil, then add a little salt and 7 tablespoons of soy sauce. Cook the noodles for about 10-15 minutes. Drain the cooked noodles in a colander and let them cool slightly. Meanwhile, cut the meat into bite-sized pieces and the carrots into slices. Place the meat in a bowl and season with pepper, garlic, and a little salt. Add a little oil to a large pan and cook the carrots and bean sprouts over medium heat. Add the meat to the pan and fry until browned, then add 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Mix everything well. Add the noodles to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring well. Season to taste with a little soy sauce, if desired. Finally, crack the egg and add it to the pan, stirring quickly to ensure it is evenly distributed. Tip: You can also use pork or turkey.
