Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 pineapples
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 mangoes
  • chives, if desired, for decoration
  • Oil (sunflower oil) for frying
  • Salt
  • chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Menu for 4 people

Halve the pineapple and scoop out the flesh. Cut the flesh, mangoes, pods, and fillet into pieces. Brown the flesh in the oil until crispy, then add the peppers and season with chili and salt. Now add the pineapple and mangoes and sauté everything together for about 4 minutes. To serve, place everything in the pineapple bowls and garnish with chives. We always enjoy rice as a side dish, but it can also be served without.
