Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 mango(s)
- 100 ml apple cider vinegar
- 100 g sugar
- 30 g ginger root, peeled and grated
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed
- 1 small chili pepper(s)
- ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Place the mango in a blender with a little water until smooth. Heat the vinegar, sugar, ginger, garlic, chili, and salt in a pan over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Heat to high until a thick syrup forms. Remove the pan from the heat and add the mango puree. Simmer for another 10 minutes.
