Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 700 ml broth (instant or fresh)
- 2 slice(s) bread(s) (black)
- 8 cloves garlic, or more to taste
- 2 tbsp oil or lard
- some salt
- some parsley

Prepare the broth, either fresh or from instant cubes, etc., and bring to a boil. Peel the garlic and crush it with a little salt, preferably in a mortar and pestle. Add it to the broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add the parsley. In the meantime, cut the bread into cubes (2 x 2 cm) or small strips (2 x 3 cm) and brown them in a pan with oil or lard until crispy on both sides. Add the bread cubes just before serving.
