Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of small white beans, approx. 700 g
- 2 large carrots
- 3 m.-sized onion(s)
- 3 garlic cloves
- 200 g bacon
- 100 ml white wine
- 500 ml vegetable stock
- 5 drops of Tabasco
- salt and pepper
- Parsley for garnishing
- 2 m.-sized potatoes
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Sauté the onion in sunflower oil. Sauté the finely chopped bacon, then add the garlic. Finely chop the carrots and add them. Deglaze with white wine and then add the vegetable stock. Cut one potato into 2 cm pieces and chop the other into very small pieces, add them to the soup, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add a little salt. Finally, add the beans with their liquid and cook briefly. Season with Tabasco and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
