Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g bacon, smoked bacon
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 jar vegetables, pickled Puszta vegetables
- 1 gr. can/n beans
- ¾ liter broth
- 250 g potatoes, diced
- salt and pepper
- oregano
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Chop the smoked bacon, onion, and garlic cloves and fry in oil. Add the tomato ketchup, Puszta vegetables, beans, and potatoes. Then add the broth and simmer until the potatoes are tender. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and oregano.
